MODULARBUILDING SYSTEM

Provisional or permanent, adjustable at will up to GF+2 without any particular structure, reusable, the CONTAINER system is inexpensive and very quick to set up.

It can be used both for site bases and for temporary accommodation.

Assembly of a temporary school in Vevey (Switzerland) made of containers and comprising 14 classrooms, master rooms and toilets, on 3 levels. The set planned for 200 kids.

The work was completed in 14 days for assembly, and in 5 days for dismantling, two years later.

The connections between modules have been modified on site to comply with local fire standards.

Assembly of an office building for a company in Martigny, Switzerland.

Here and as on most construction sites in Europe, the modules arrive already assembled, at the rate of 2 elements per truck, and we only have to assemble the building.

CONTAINERSYSTEM

On this construction site in Niamey, Niger, the modules were delivered in maritime containers, completely dismantled.

On site, the 1st phase of works was to reassemble the modules, then to assemble them for the construction of the base of the office.

We took advantage of this project to train local workers for future works in Niger.

POINTE NOIRE IN CONGOBRAZAVILLE

We carried out a similar project in Congo, for a GF+2 building for the offices of a local company. The whole building had more than 80 modules.

We also took advantage of this site to train teams of local workers.

Construction of an office building for the International Red Cross, within the United Nations compound in Geneva.

In addition to the administrative complexity of intervening on UN land, the building itself presented an exceptional standard to meet UN requirements.

CONSTRUCTION

The industrialized modular building is a construction system that is between a modular container and a traditional building. The industrialized is almost entirely prefabricated, according to existing plans, however its modularity is almost limitless.

Final construction, quick to build, it can also be dismantled and moved to another site.

From the year 2000, in France, we realized industrialized modular buildings for local authorities most often, and sometimes for private companies.

Schools, kindergartens or nurseries, reception or leisure centres, are the most common construction sites with this type of construction. This construction system is also ideal for housing.
